Interview

Last semester, during a holy Party conference, my classmeet Liu talked with me about her internship company.Out of curiousity, I asked her how can I get an offer from a company. She told me about her experience detailedly. Then I forget it.After two or three weeks, Liu texted me a message and it said her internship company, Bertadata, needed more engineers.I handed in my CV and the HR of Bertadata called me.She asked me which job did me want to choose.I anwsered I wanted to be big data analyst. She said that job was non-undergraduate-oriented.Then I asked what undergraduate-oriented jobs did they provide. The said python crawler engineer.Pardon? How could I choose from only one option……
The next day, I rode to YuanQu2.5, 15 kilometers away from my dormitary. It tooks me about forty-five minutes. When I entered the gate, I saw my classmate Wang had already there and my classmate Tan came ten minutes later.Firstly, we took an exam. Then, I took three or four round of interview. The interviewer asked me some questions about which areas are you interested in, what projects have you token part in or do you have intention to get a master degree and so on.
The next day, the HR called me when I was sleeping.she congratulated me for my acception.

Daily

Almost every day, I would be the first three people who arrived at company. And the most staff would arrive after half past nine. The company provided breakfast, like shaobing, shengjianbao, milk, jidanbing, doujiang , baozi and so on.They are very delicious. Our team had a daily meeting at about 10a.m. and we almost reported the same thing everyday. The leader required us to complete two or three scripts everyday and I completed twenty scripts on average at one day.Frankly, I didn’t submit all my scripts to the sever everyday.Insteading, I only submitted three scripts everyday and I would submitted the remaining scripts in the other coming day. Therefore, I have amounts of free time during work. What did I do in the free time?Firstly, I watched many Olympic games and, fortunately, witnessed the chapionship journey of Chinese Women’s Volleyball.Second, I read many books such as Japaness History, Feng Shen Yan Yi.Absolutely, I paid most of time to work or learning.I integrated a series of methods for KaiTingGongGao and create a strategy for Case Reason Backtracing. Also, I tried to learn some knowledge and skills about big data.

Dissatisfaction

How boring the daily tasks are!
What terrible salary they provided!

Resignation

Graduately, I started to find all the new knowledge and skills I acquire have nothing to do with my job and my daily task was mere repetition.Further, the company set a ridiculous rule that there will be some deductions if you absent on Saturday.Official explanation is that company allow staff to be late for work, so they will work on Saturday without any extra allowance. What fucking logic! What’s more they didn’t perform their promise that offering training course every week and sharing knowledge or skills regularing.
To be honest, the company has a nice environment and promising further.People there are very friendly and kind.Unfortunately, my ability couldn’t get full used and they weren’t willing to provide me the job I want in a short while. So, I proposed my resignation and leave the company.
